14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you have technical issues with the ProdGuard Premium extension that cannot be resolved, or if you feel the product does not meet your expectations, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at prodguard@outlook.com with your order number or the email address you used during checkout. We will process your refund as quickly as possible.

Please note: Once a refund is issued, your Premium license key will be immediately deactivated, and your ProdGuard extension will revert to the Free tier.

Subscriptions and Cancellations

If you are on a Monthly or Annual subscription, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. You can do this securely through the customer portal link provided in your original Lemon Squeezy order email. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund previous charges, but it guarantees you will not be charged again.

Lifetime Licenses

The 14-day money-back guarantee also applies to the Lifetime tier. After 14 days, Lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable.
